The Project Schedule

The Project Manager builds the schedule and holds responsibility for checking that the Superintendent is keeping the online schedule up to date at the end of each week.

Superintendent is also responsible for covering the schedule in the weekly meeting with all of the Subcontractors and providing them with a 2 week look ahead.
