Receive New Lead

RECEIVE THE LEAD & REVIEW DETAILS

  • Receive the lead (make sure it’s assigned to you as the salesperson)

  • Collect the preliminary project details from lead to prequalify it

  • If it checks out, Set up project in Sage. If it pulled from ConstructConnect, ensure all fields synced properly.

  • Review all the project details

    • Point of Contact Name (what is their position in their company, who is decision maker)

    • Their Company Name

    • Cell Phone Number (or office)

    • Email

    • Project Location

    • Project Type

    • Project Details

  • Get a jump start on filling out the project qualifications checklist (to be verified with client once on the phone)
