Introductory Call & Email

The introductory call & email is intended to make very first contact with new prospect / referral source.

  • The primary objective of this introductory call / email is to give a glimpse of who ELITE is and to set Initial Meeting. (Initial meeting should be either in person or through video call if not local.)

Use the Email Templates below (also in CRM) as a guideline for each type of introductory call / email. If not sending as an email blast, Template should be tweaked to be tailored to the prospect’s company and their specific upcoming project.
