Executive & Director positions are responsible for coordinating reviews with each person from their team each quarter.
PPF Goals

Before beginning Quarterly Review, team member should have already completed 3 SMART Personal, Professional, and Financial Goals to review during quarterly review, as well as reviewing their previous quarter’s PPF Goals.
SMART Goals - Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Timebound.
Example: Review all previous/existing clients with projects above $20m and schedule a strategic review within the next 2 weeks with the top 5 with the greatest opportunity for new projects.
